I loved this project! This was a collaborative effort. The project was to design a board game. My partners, Jen Gilecki, Deedre Statz and I, decided to create a children’s trivia game. We were each responsible for different components. Deedre came up with game mechanics and then unfortunately she had to leave the project due to unforeseen circumstances. Jen created the beautiful gold textured game board border and the rich jewel toned trivia cards. I thought it would be a great idea to make the game box look like a fairy tale book, so I designed, created and assembled the album box, the game rules, the treasure chest cards and player tokens. I assembled the game and had to come up with 40 different trivia questions pertaining to fairy tales – this was not as easy as it seems.

After our critique, the instructor marked our project and made suggestions for improvement. I just recently completed all the improvements and this is the final result.
